Refund policy

At Saadhy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, comfortable, and stylish kidswear. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only damaged/defective product issues are eligible. We do not offer refunds for reasons like change of mind.

🔁 What Can Be Exchanged:

  • Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, need unboxing video)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products returned without original packaging or in used condition

📦 How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us at orderskrushnascollection@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief reason for return, and clear photos & Video’s if the item is defective.

3.  Our team will review and respond with the next steps within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund will get processed once we received the original product. 

🚚 Return Shipping:

1.       For defective/damaged items, we will arrange a pickup.

🕒 Processing Time:

·       Exchanges will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 Note: Saadhy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
